AMbrosia, the one-man music project from the Eifel district town of Bitburg, is excited to announce the release of its debut album "Route Gottfried von Bouillon" for March 22, 2024. After the successful start with the debut EP "1st Attempt", AMbrosia is now presenting his first full-length work, which promises a musical journey along the route of the same name.
“Route Gottfried von Bouillon” will be available as a self-release via the renowned music platform Bandcamp and on all leading streaming platforms. The album, which features an eclectic mix of electronic music with neo-Krautrock elements, promises listeners a unique experience. Inspired by the sounds of the Berlin School, especially artists such as Klaus Schulze and Tangerine Dream, AMbrosia presents a work that captivates with hypnotic rhythms, expressive solos and continuously modified structures.
The album's tracklist reflects the stops on the Gottfried von Bouillon route, from L 1 to K 74, and offers a fascinating soundscape that captures the history and beauty of the Eifel. Each track is a sonic adventure that takes the listener on a journey through the region's history and landscapes.
AMbrosia, behind the 50-year-old Saarlander Alexander Möll, is a passionate music freak who develops his compositions as a self-taught artist. Based in the Eifel for more than a decade, Möll has turned his love of music into an impressive solo project. His music comes from the heart, without any formal musical training or knowledge of music.
With "Route Gottfried von Bouillon" AMbrosia invites listeners to go on a unique musical journey that overcomes borders and celebrates the cultural diversity of the Eifel and its surroundings. The album is a tribute to the history and beauty of the region and promises to transport listeners to a world of sound and emotion.
[...] Note: 2"
babyblaue-seiten.de:
[...] Wertung: 10/15"
